Savvvy Resolutions LLC provides educational content, financial literacy coaching, and digital tools to empower clients in improving their credit understanding. We are not a credit repair organization as defined by federal or state law. We do not provide legal or financial advice.

2. Digital Product Access & Licensing

All purchased content, including templates, videos, and tools, is licensed for individual, non-commercial use only. Resale, distribution, or public sharing without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in access termination.

3. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC OUTCOMES OR CREDIT SCORE IMPROVEMENTS. COACHING IS EDUCATIONAL IN NATURE, AND YOUR RESULTS DEPEND ON YOUR OWN IMPLEMENTATION AND FINANCIAL HABITS.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Services are considered commenced once a user accesses the client dashboard, downloads digital content, or schedules a session. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be considered case-by-case at our sole discretion. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by contacting support at [email protected].

5. Consumer Credit File Rights

6. Testimonials and Reviews

User-submitted testimonials may be published on our website or marketing materials. By submitting a testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, County of Fresno, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Third-Party Services

We integrate third-party platforms such as SmartCredit and Authorize.net. We are not liable for the content, failures, or policies of these external services.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation in Fresno County, California. If mediation fails, the matter shall be resolved through binding arbitration before legal proceedings may be initiated.

11. PROHIBITED USES

YOU AGREE NOT TO:

USE OUR CONTENT FOR UNLAWFUL PURPOSES COPY OR REDISTRIBUTE PROPRIETARY MATERIALS WITHOUT PERMISSION or mISREPRESENT YOUR IDENTITY OR FINANCIAL SITUATION.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

ALL CONTENT PROVIDED BY SAVVVY RESOLUTIONS LLC—INCLUDING VIDEOS, DOWNLOADS, COURSE MATERIAL, LOGOS, AND WRITTEN CONTENT—IS THE PROPERTY OF SAVVVY RESOLUTIONS LLC AND MAY NOT BE USED OR REPURPOSED WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, COACHING PROGRAMS, OR COMMUNICATIONS. YOU USE OUR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

14. COMPLIANCE WITH CROA

SAVVVY RESOLUTIONS LLC IS A COACHING AND EDUCATION PROVIDER. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT REPAIR SERVICES AS DEFINED UNDER THE CREDIT REPAIR ORGANIZATIONS ACT (CROA). WE DO NOT FILE CREDIT BUREAU DISPUTES OR REMOVE INFORMATION FROM YOUR CREDIT REPORT ON YOUR BEHALF. OUR ROLE IS TO EDUCATE AND SUPPORT CLIENTS IN LEARNING HOW TO TAKE INDEPENDENT ACTION TO IMPROVE THEIR CREDIT PROFILE AND FINANCIAL LITERACY.

15. NO LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

COACHING SERVICES AND CONTENT PROVIDED BY SAVVVY RESOLUTIONS LLC ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR ACCOUNTING ADVICE. YOU SHOULD CONSULT WITH A LICENSED ATTORNEY, CPA, OR FINANCIAL ADVISOR BEFORE MAKING ANY CREDIT-RELATED DECISIONS.
